    Please read all the safety guidelines below before using any 3T gym equipment

    Always check the bands for any damage before use. For your safety, never use a damaged product.

    Always wear properly fitting, non-slip footwear while using the bands; be mindful to position the band under the arch of your foot to prevent slipping and inspect your shoes for pebbles that could damage the band.

    Always warm up before any exercise to reduce the risk of injury.  

    Never tie the tube around hard objects or metal rings. Doing so may cause damage to the product and increase the chance of injuries. Always use door or outdoor anchor.

    When using the door anchor, always ensure the door is securely locked. Pull the band in the opposite direction of the door's opening, and ensure the door remains undisturbed during your exercise.

    When using the outdoor anchor, wrap it around the object until you reach the desired length, then thread the tip of the anchor marked with the 'Nutone Fitness' sign through the metal ring. Pull the marked tip tight. Next, pass the resistance band through the soft-marked tip of the door anchor. Avoid passing the band through the metal ring to prevent damage.

    Make sure the door has a strong hold. The corner of the door located close to the joint, will always be stronger than the middle.

    Never pull the bands more than 3 times its actual length.

    Be sure to wear properly fitting, non-slip footwear. When stepping on the band, place it under the arch of your foot to prevent slipping.

    Stop use immediately if you feel pain or tension beyond the usual muscle stress.

    If you have any health issues, preexisting conditions, or injuries, please consult with your doctor before using any 3T gym tools

    3T products are for adult use only. Do not allow children to use the equipment.

    Perform the exercises as demonstrated in our training videos in the 3T Coach app.

    Always maintain proper body alignment and posture while performing exercises. Refer to the training videos.

    Before working out, make sure your environment is clear of sharp objects or pets.

    If at any time during your workout you begin to feel faint, dizzy, or have physical discomfort, immediately stop and consult a physician or other health care professional.

    To reduce the risk of injury, do not attempt movements or exercises that are beyond your current physical abilities. Always use proper form and technique when using the equipment.

    Fast and/or strong side-to-side movements when using anchors can cause excessive friction / heat and damage your tube.

    Make sure to perform exercises in a slow and controlled manner to prevent injury. 

    Deep breathing is so important. Avoid holding your breath during your exercise.

    Keep sharp objects away from the band, as these can cause damage to the product and potentially cause injury.

    Natural Latex products may crack with exposure to direct sunlight or heat. As such do not leave the product(s) in direct sunlight or in your car. Store bands in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. 

    Replace the bands every 9-12 months, or sooner if they show signs of wear and tear.

    Always check for wear and tear before starting a workout.
